Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • In-depth understanding of the commercial insurance industry, including policies, coverages, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, underwriters, and co-workers.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Insurance - Licensed Commercial Account Manager

Salary Range: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

  • P&C license required

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
  • Remarket existing business based on producer requests or to meet client expectations and make suggestions to clients for upgrades or additional coverage/policies.
  • Work with all carrier underwriters and company personnel to resolve problems in a timely and professional manner to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing documentation as requested to align with agency standards.
  • Write all types of commercial lines new business for existing clients when needed. Process change requests accurately and promptly.
  • Follow-up on all requests submitted to carriers for completion, and accuracy.

Administrative Assistant

Answer multiple phone lines, provide support by receiving and processing insurance payments. Adept with technology, filling out forms, and other additional duties as directed by the owners and associates.

Salary Range: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
